La Lic. Yris Belen Peñate es originaria de Puerto Cabello, Venezuela. En el año 2006 arribo a los Estados Unidos junto con sus hijas huyendo como muchos Venezolanos del regimen Dictatorial. Obtuvo dos licenciaturas universitarias en su pais y luego obtuvo una maestria en USA. Aunque no tiene titulo de abogada en Estados Unidos, tiene una expericencia en el area legal de mas de 20 años con credencial de Notary Public of Florida. En todos estos años en USA a prestado ayuda a muchas personas en su preparacion de formas de inmigracion , solicitudes de pasaportes, documentos legales apostillados para diferentes paises, matrimonios, solicitudes de asilo, etc. Lic. Yris Belen Peñate is originally from Puerto Cabello, Venezuela. In 2006 she arrived in the United States together with her daughters, fleeing like many Venezuelans from the Dictatorial regime. She obtained two university degrees in her country and later she obtained a master's degree in the USA. Although she does not have a law degree in the United States, she has more than 20 years of legal experience with a Notary Public of Florida credential. In all these years in the USA she has assisted many people in their preparation of immigration forms, passport applications, legal documents apostilled for different countries, marriages, asylum applications, etc.
